How high?!

The Tour du Mont Blanc is a series of footpaths creating a circuit of 180km (112 miles) around the highest mountain in Western Europe, Mont Blanc at 4,808m (15,774ft).

The highest point reached by the standard route is 2,584m (8,478ft) and the height gain (and therefore loss) around the whole Tour is around 10,600m (35,000ft). The height of Everest is 8848m!! This means we will be climbing a cummulative height greater than the highest point in the whole world!

Bring on the summer!
