T-Shirts

mmmm.....

Climate control trekking tops. Really quick drying, sun protection etc. Nice greeny/aqua colour. Bit like my down jacket for the girls? Still need a logo to go on them though. Grey with orange sleeves for the boys...

or

These. The girls are bright blue, bit like our doe t shirts this year with the same logo. Kakhi or dark grey for the men. Means we wouldnt have to organise a logo. We could just add the white writing.

Any ideas or preferences?? The take a hike ones are £4 more expensive....

Mel's marvellous must!

Platypus hydration system!

Get one!

1. Keep you hydrated. Expecially important for ginger people!
2. You can drink with out heffing the bag off your back to get your water bottle each time
3. Useful as a pillow!
4. Stores your daily allowance with ease!
5. The zip top lets you get in and clean them. Mould is never good i'm sure!
6. Knob to turn it on and off so it doesn't leak every where...
7. Good for squirting at people if they annoy you!
8. Good as an ice pack if we get any spains or injuries after 5 minutes in an icy mountain stream!

Ash's ass-ential addition!

Ash's essential bit of kit are 10 toilet rolls!

I have no idea what she intends to do with so many!

Possibly....

1. Use it to gag Chris when she gets annoyed with him. It will happen!
2. Padding for blisters?!
3. To mop up tears during those tough moments!
4. For Faye to mop up hot chocolate that Jack has spilt everywhere!
5. The obvious! But that many! Really Ash?!
6. A telescope to look for hidden marmots
7. Origami when we get bored!

8. To film a new Andrex film up the mountain
9. To dress up as a mummy for when we all miss ours!
10. A pillow!
11. A missile to wake the boys up on time in the morning....

Ok Ash... you may win!!! I could go on for hours!

Alps here we come!

Wooh! Transport bus booked!

And even on the right day, luckily! We nearly had to come home a week later! Wouldn't that have been a shame!

Good work Adam!

Austrian alps!

Some photo inspiration to keep you going!

The ski trip made me even more excited! I love the mountains! We are going to be waking up to views like this every single morning! Wooh!

Check Hannah posing on the left hand side too!

Callum's kit cert!

A tent!

Ever caring Callum has got our back! He has gone for a tent:

- a tent provides for the whole team. Not just one person
- shelter from the sun! (hopefully!!)
- shelter from the rain!
- shelter in a first aid emergency...
- poles can be used as a splint
- the tent as bandages!
- and we get to have a good nights sleep!

But the question is... what tents should we take?! Size vs weight?

- Good for rescuing stricken marmots which have been entangled in redbull cans!

- Good potential for fixing things!
- It makes me feel manly!
- I get extra food as i have to slice it!
- You can sleep next next to it incase a mountain bear attacks!
- Or a honey badger!
- Tin opener...
- Ok... bored now! Get one!
